LabVIEW File Extensions

There are five extensions that LabVIEW registers: 

• Instrument (*.vi)

• Control (*.ctl)

• Library (*.llb)

• Instrument Template (*.vit)

• Control Template (*.ctt)

There are two extensions that LabVIEW standalone application can register:

• Instrument (*.vi)

• Control (*.ctl)
