Using VI_Tag Toolkit:  Introduction

The VI_Tag Toolkit is installed in the User.lib directory by default, but can be changed to a different directory during the installation.  If the default is used, then the VI_Tag Toolkit palette will show up as a sub-palette in the User.lib palette.  If an alternate directory is chosen, then the dir.mnu file can be used to link the VI_Tag Toolkit palette in a custom palette.
